Prince George’s County provides trash and recycling services for Enterprise Knolls HOA. Trash is collected once a week on Friday.
Bulky Trash Collection is provided by Prince George’s County, appointment only. To schedule an appointment, dial 3-1-1 or call 301-883-4748. Bulky trash should not be placed out before 6:00 p.m. the night before scheduled pickup. If bulky trash is not picked up on the scheduled date, you must remove those items by 6pm that same day- no exceptions.
The Association controls and maintains all of the parking spaces. Each unit is assigned one parking space which the Association can reassign at will. All residents are required to park in their assigned parking space and displace a valid vehicle parking hangtag when parked on the property. Any unit owner, who is two months or more delinquent in their monthly assessments, may have their parking privileges revoked. Should your parking privileges be revoked, your vehicle is subject to being towed anytime it is parked on the property.
The following violations may result in immediate ticketing and towing of your vehicle:
Should your vehicle be towed, neither the Association, or the Management Company have any responsibility for the cost of the tow or damages to your vehicle.
Fast Lane Towing 301-420-4012
Towing services are provided by Fast Lane Towing. The towing company can only provide tow services for your personal vehicle or if a vehicle is parked illegally on the property or in your parking space. Before Fast Lane Towing can remove the vehicle, it must have been issued parking ticket. Vehicles are required to display a valid vehicle hangtag anytime they are parked on the property. Vehicles can only park in their assigned parking space.
Association meetings are held the following days (unless otherwise notified in advance). The meetings are open to all residents.

The Enterprise Knolls community has six (6) board members and they serve a three years term. Election for the Board Members is held on the third Tuesday in March at the annual meeting.

The Board of Directors has taken measures to make assessment payments more convenient for you. Payments are due on the first and must be received by the 30th of every month or there is a $30 penalty for late fees. The assessment fee is $51.27 a month. There are several options available for you to pay your fees:
