Woods End Approved Light Fixture

Changes to outside light fixtures should do so only with the approved current style globe.

Attention: The acorn light fixture is no longer available.

Homeowners must provide a completed request for exterior modification along with a picture of the selected light fixture. This is to ensure any new installation matches the approved fixture and conformance with Article V of the By-Laws.

As a reminder, anyone who installs an unapproved fixture or performs any exterior modification without the expressed written approval of the Board and/or the Architectural Compliance Committee may be subject to fines and or appropriate legal action. Prior to beginning any exterior modification, you are encouraged to submit an application to avoid the potential of incurring fines.
