After Hours Emergency

In the event of an after-hours emergency, please contact the afterhours emergency services at (301) 421-4966. The service is staff by live personnel, 24/7. They will need the following information:

1. Your name
2. Your address
3. The name of the community (Somerset Condominium).
4. A good call back number
5. The nature of the emergency

Upon receipt of your complete information, they will reach out to the appropriate personnel to handle your emergency. Please note that the following are not considered an emergency:

1. Towing of vehicle – you must contact the tow company and address this with them directly.
2. No heat or A/C – this is a unit owner issue.
3. No electricity to your individual unit. As long as the rest of the building has electricity, this is a unit owner issue.
4. Loitering – call 911
5. Illegal activities – call 911
6. Locked out of unit – this is not an Association issue. You will need to contact a local locksmith.

In addition to the above, please call 911 to report the following emergencies:

1. Fire
2. Smoke
3. Lack of electricity to the entire community – call SMECO since this may be an area-wide outage.
4. No water to the entire community – call Charles County Government to report the outage.

  • Assists the board with all matters pertaining to the maintenance of any common elements within the development.

  • Assists the board with all matters pertaining to the physical improvements or modifications of any common elements within the development.
• Finance Committee by Shannon
  • Assists the board with all matters pertaining to the finances of the development.
• Planning/Social Committee by Tyon
  • Assists the board with identifying programs and owner participation and engagement with the development.
