Should your vehicle be towed, neither the Association nor the Management Company has any responsibility for the cost of the tow or damages to your vehicle.

The towing company can only provide tow services for your personal vehicle or if a vehicle is parked illegally.
Unit owners are allowed to rent their units. Upon renting their unit, unit owners must provide to the management company a copy of their Prince George’s County rental license (required by law), a copy of the executed lease (required by the governing documents), and the name and contact information of their tenant (required by the governing documents). Please note that the management company will not provide services to their tenants unless we have the required documentation and written permission from the landlord to do so.
The Association’s master insurance policy only covers the buildings and interior spaces of the units that sustain damages. The master policy takes effect after the $5,000 deductible has been exhausted. The master insurance policy does NOT cover personal items, enhancements, temporary housing or loss of rental income.
Unit owners are responsible for damages to their unit or to adjoining units caused.
In addition to the above, please call 911 to report the following emergencies:
Pest control services are provided by H&S Termite and Pest Control. Services include treatment for roaches, mice, ants, spiders, etc. Bedbug and flea treatment can be provided at an additional cost to be borne by the unit owner.
J & T Bowie Enterprises Trash provides trash and recycling services for the Olde Town Village community. Trash is collected two days a week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) from the two trash platform located at the end of the main entrance to the community.
The Association does not provide for the collection of bulk trash. Residents are required to contact a reputable vendor to remove and dispose of their bulk item(s) or 311 for the county service center. Any resident caught improperly disposing of bulk trash faces fines and other legal sanctions.
The Association provides parking for its residents. Each homeowner is assigned one parking space along with the parking space you will need to have a parking sticker or Hangtag visible in your window or you will be subject to be towed.
Under the Maryland Condominium Act, all unit owners are required to provide to the Association/management company, a current copy of their insurance policy. This is required every year. We also encourage unit owners to have HO6 coverage for their personal items as well as to cover the cost of any enhancements, temporary housing, and loss of rental income. The master policy does not cover these items.

Association meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. at Thomas Claggett located at 2001 Addison Road S. Road District Heights, MD 20707. Board of Directors meetings are open to all residents. Specific dates will be provided in advance of the meeting.

The Olde Towne Village Condominium Board of Directors is made up of elected volunteers. The Directors are not allowed to accept any compensation in their performance as Board members. The Board is a governing body that serves on behalf of the Olde Towne Village residents to ensure a better community by making decisions that affect every aspect of community living from lawn maintenance to trash pickup to exterior maintenance and repairs. The Board also establishes the budget and makes capital improvements that preserves the architectural integrity and aesthetics of the property and common elements.
The members of the Board serve for a three-year term. Board members can seek re-election. There are no term limits. Elections for Board members are at the Annual meeting scheduled for September of each year. You must be current on your assessments in order to run for a seat on the Board.

The Board of Directors has taken measures to make condo assessment payments more convenient for you. Payments are due on the first and must be received by the 10th of each month. There are several options available for you to pay your fees:
You can pay online by clicking on www.paylease.com and set up an account if you don’t already have one.
You can also mail your check payable to Olde Town Village Condominium Association, with your property address clearly noted on the check to:

A third option is to drop your check off at Quality 1 office. There is no drop box so be certain to drop off during business hours. Our address is as follows:
