We are licensed in the District of Columbia and are members of the Better Business Bureau and Community Association Institute.
President and Director of Operations
Howard Helland, President and Chief Operating Officer, brings with him 25 years of combined Project Management, Contracting, Property Management and business leadership skills. Howard held a Maryland Home Improvement Contractor license from 1994 – 2010, he also holds the designation of an expert witness in Maryland’s Circuit Court in the area of home improvements, testifying in multiple cases with one resulting in $3 million in reparations awarded to a property. Howard specializes in property enhancement projects and has procured several sub-million dollar loans used to increase the property values and Homeowner experience. Howard is a certified Project Manager and holds the Maryland Lead abatement certificate. As the President and Chief Operating Officer (“COO”), Howard is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and implementing the Company’s long-term and short-term strategies and plans.
